Crochet Christmas gnome

Crochet Christmas gnome on foam wreath ring

Are you looking for unique crochet Christmas gnome? Try this one and you won’t regret. As well as that, gnome is easy to make and I included loads of photos for it to be even easier 😉

Also, this crochet Christmas gnome is like little Christmas wreath and can be used as wall, door or Christmas tree decoration – you can hang it anywhere.

It should be noted, if made with 3.0mm crochet hook and DK yarn you will get height of finished crochet Christmas gnome approximately 25cm and width 16cm.

First of all, we are going to crochet long strip which we are going to wrap around our 10cm diameter foam ring.

Then we are going to crochet arms, legs, nose and hat.

And at last, using glue gun and tapestry needle we are going to assemble everything together into our crochet Christmas gnome.

I hope you will enjoy this pattern and find it very useful in Christmas preparation madness.

Gnome body assembly

Get 10cm diameter foam wreath and crocheted strip ready together. When you wrap your crocheted strip around the wreath make sure that you match up the rows. Now take your tapestry needle and start stitching it together. It always looks like it won’t work out, but keep matching up the beginning of the row to the end of the same row and it will all come together with no lumps or bumps at the end.
