Finally It’s time for a second and final part of our crochet George pig 😍 (just a little reminder, you can find how to make head and face features in the first part of our project here 😉). In this part we are going to make crochet George pig body, hands, legs and assembly.

Abbreviations
CH = chain
SC = single crochet
SL ST = slip stitch
DEC = decrease
INC = increase
HDC = half double crochet
(..) = repeat the instructions in brackets the given number of times
[..] = total number of stitches
Materials and tools you will need:
- DK yarn, approximately 50g in total: bright pink (I used this dark pink DK yarn from Amazon), light pink (I used this light pink yarn from Amazon), blue (this blue DK yarn from Amazon has been used), white (I used this white yarn from Amazon) and black colours (I used this black DK yarn from Amazon)
- 2.5mm crochet hook (look at these pretty hooks on Amazon 😊)
- Filling (fiberfill or polyfill)
- Scissors
- Tapestry needle
- Stitch markers

Body
Body will be made off blue yarn. Crochet in continuous rounds. Stuff as you go.
Rnd 1: 6 sc in magic ring [6]
Rnd 2: (inc) repeat 6 times [12]
Rnd 3: (sc in next st, inc) repeat 6 times [18]
Rnd 4: (sc in next 2 st, inc) repeat 6 times [24]
Rnd 5: (sc in next 3 st, inc) repeat 6 times [30]
Rnd 6: (sc in next 4 st, inc) repeat 6 times [36]
Rnd 7: (sc in next 5 st, inc) repeat 6 times [42]
Rnd 8: (sc in next 6 st, inc) repeat 6 times [48]
Rnd 9: (sc in next 7 st, inc) repeat 6 times [54]
Round 10-19: sc in all 54 st [54]
Rnd 20: (sc in next 7 st, dec) repeat 6 times [48]
Rnd 21: (sc in next 6 st, dec) repeat 6 times [42]
Rnd 22: (sc in next 5 st, dec) repeat 6 times [36]
Rnd 23: (sc in next 4 st, dec) repeat 6 times [30]

Finish with sl. st. and leave long tail for sewing. You can see our finished body below:
Legs
Make 2 legs, crochet in continuous rounds with light pink yarn. Do not stuff.
Rnd 1: 10 ch, join with sl st to form a circle
Rnd 2-15: sc in all 10 st [10]
Finish with sl st. Fasten off leaving a tail for sewing.
Finished legs:
Boots
Make 2 boots. Work with black yarn and stuff slightly.
Rnd 1: 6 sc in magic ring [6]
Rnd 2: (inc) repeat 6 times [12]
Rnd 3: (sc in next 5 st, inc) repeat 2 times [14]
Rnd 4-10: sc in all 14 st [14]
Rnd 11: (sc in next 5 st, dec) repeat 2 times [12]
Rnd 12: (sc in next 2 st, dec) repeat 3 times [9]
Rnd 13-14: sc in all 9 st [9]
Fasten off leaving small tail. Pass the yarn through the front loops of the rest 9 stitches with your hook or sewing needle and pull to close the hole. Weave in the end.
Finished boots:
Arms
Make 2 arms. Crochet in continuous rounds with light pink yarn. Stuff slightly as you go.
Rnd 1: 4 sc in magic ring [4]
Rnd 2: (inc) repeat 4 times [8]
Rnd 3-22: sc in all 8 st [8]
Finish with sl st. Fasten off leaving a tail for sewing.
Finished arms:
Fingers
Make 4 fingers. Crochet in continuous rounds with light pink yarn and stuff slightly at the end.
Rnd 1: 4 sc in magic ring [4]
Rnd 2: (inc) repeat 4 times [8]
Rnd 3-5: sc in all 8 st [8]
Finish with sl st. Fasten off leaving a tail for sewing.
Finished fingers:
Assembly
First step: Attach head to the body. Don’t forget to stuff body more before closing, it will help to avoid wobbly head. Head is attached approximately between rows 21 and 27.
Second step: Sew the fingers to the arms at rounds 6-8. Try to get them at the same length on each arm.
Third step: Sew the boots to the legs.
Fourth step: Sew the arms on the sides of the body, 1-2 rounds below from the neck.
Fifth step: Sew the legs to the bottom of the body approximately 6 stitches apart.
And that’s it, our crochet George pig is done! 😊😍🥰

I would like to send a photo of Gearge that I took beside your pattern of Peppa that I made. I used a size smaller hook with George even & the size difference is barely noticeable. I did add a tail even though your pattern left it out. I do thank you for the free patterns!!
