Crochet Handbag for Girls

Shall we make this beautiful crochet handbag for little and not so little girls?

I made this crochet handbag for my little 2 years old girl. But, if you will make strap longer – older girls definitely will love it as well 🙂

Size of this crochet handbag is approximately 14 cm width, 11 cm height, and 42 cm height with a strap. Of course, finished size will depend on the size of yarn and hook you are going to use.

Fold rectangle in half and with wrong sides together whip stitch along the side seams. After finishing, turn it inside out.

Now we are going to make lining for our bag. Choose preferred material and colour (I used old pillowcase). Make rectangle approximately same width but a few cm longer. Over sew the edges, fold over top 2cm and sew upside seam. After that carefully sew the lining into the bag.
